Print Schedules

The print version of the schedule indicates when shifts start and end.

• Shifts that span multiple days are combined.
• If a shift starts and ends on different days, the end day appears in parentheses below the end time.
• Shifts for employees at different restaurants are listed so the manager can see who is working elsewhere.
• The job role appears as text under the name of each employee, enabling employees to see who their manager is for each shift they are assigned.
• Any notes appear at the bottom of the schedule.

You can specify other information to appear on the printed schedule.

You can choose to print either a weekly view or a daily chart view of the schedule.

If schedule approvals are enabled and you are not a schedule approver, you cannot print schedules until they are approved.
