The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR) Nov. 16 issued information on the state withholding certificate, DR 0004, for corporate income and individual income tax purposes. Form DR 004, 2022 Colorado Employee Withholding Certificate, is the new state withholding certificate that is optional for employees to complete and isn’t meant to replace Form W-4.
