 - Applications must be received at least 2 business days in advance. - If the information received cannot be verified, the application will not be processed until you respond to the e-mail notification that will be sent to 
the e-mail you provided. 
Existing customers can have their monthly utility summary billing statement e-mailed to them. Choose to receive an e-mail only, or e-mail and U.S. mail.
Pay your utility bill online using a Visa, Mastercard or Discover or E-check at no additional charge. Online payments are reflected on your account immediately when submitted. However, payments may take several days to be posted to your account.
